There is no global price for STEEM and SBD. Prices are effectively determined by forces of demand and supply: the buyers who want a certain currency and the sellers who have that currency.

SteemX prices for STEEM and SBD are derived from our local third party exchanges.

SteemX currently does not place any daily or monthly withdrawal limits on verified users, however new users are required to verify their email addresses after sign up. Users who have not completed their email verification can only withdraw up to 100 USD.

You can remove this limit as soon as you complete the verification process.

SteemX have no limits on withdrawal request; however you can only place a new withdrawal request after the previous one has been successfully processed.

You can only sell only STEEM and SBD on SteemX. However you can convert your other digital currencies to STEEM or SBD and then you can sell it on SteemX.

Currently, you can only sell STEEM and SBD on SteemX.

Withdrawal requests are automatically processed within 30 minutes. User will be notified if there is any reason for delay.

SteemX makes use of third party money transfer channels such as Paypal, ZellePay and Square Cash at the moment, as a result any country that can withdraw to their bank accounts or credit/debit cards can use SteemX.

We intend to include more withdrawal methods going forward to enable more individuals withdraw to multiple channels.

Withdrawals on SteemX are posted to your PayPal account. This means that you will receive your money in the default currency of your PayPal account.

SteemX is focused on converting STEEM and SBD to Fiat in the shortest time possible hence we built an infrastructure with the help of third party exchanges and gateways that we rely on to deliver our service efficiently. These third-party gateways have their charges which have been subsidized to the bearest minimum to ensure that users get the best value for every transaction.

Conversion Charges

SteemX aggregates all gateway charges which makes up the conversion charges. These charges are flat. Hence is not variable based on the type of digital currency, your Location, Size of transaction and Time of transaction.

Withdrawal Charges

SteemX has various payment methods via which users can withdraw their Fiat. Below is a list of supported payment methods

Users can currently make withdrawals using PayPal as there only prefered payment method.

Withdrawals to PayPal and any other payment method is free. This means that SteemX sends exactly the amount withdrawn to your account without any charges. For example, if a user withdraws 1000 USD from SteemX wallet, 1000 USD will be sent to the persons PayPal account. Furthermore, users should be aware that Paypal and other payment methods supported by SteemX might have receiving charges.
